I am experienced in helping clients with a range of personal issues. There are many ways that therapy can be useful for individuals and couples and there is no limit to the kinds of issues that can be addressed. We will spend the initial appointment discussing your personal hopes and goals for therapy and examining any concerns that you may have. The first appointment will last about an hour and at the end of this meeting you will be able to decide if you would like to continue with further sessions.
